That post is being discussed in a couple places. The PAPs are whack-os. You really have to watch out for those of religious fervor-- they are always right-- their way or no way. Total ICK factor times a kazillion.

As I wrote on the blog to which you linked, I am pretty sure that somewhere in the Bible we are warned about people who falsely come in his name. This seems to be a prime example.

My prayers are for the family in Uganda.

Very interesting. I'm not sure how I feel because there wasn't a whole lot of information provided and what was provided was pretty vague. All the religion in the blog and the comments put me off, just because like Reena said, there is no arguing with them.

Biology is very important but I am uncomfortable with the people who preach that it is always 100 percent the right choice in nearly every case.

Praying that God keeps the little girl under his care. The PAP's DO come across as wackos, but I am old and jaded and nothing is ever as black and white as it appears- not even penguins.

If an adoption has to happen it has to be transparent, ethical and moral - miss any of those and it fails. I would like to see the original post but for so many AP's to be upset that says a lot...even more when they speak out on their blogs. I know I chicken out far too often.

GB- my intent was not to preach that biology is more important, there are plenty of foster cases where my heart is rooting for loving foster parents to keep the kiddos in s safe loving family rather than go back to crap. My intent was to shed light on things going on in adoption that endanger adoption as a whole. We have to do things the right way, the legal way, even when we want to get around the system, and especially if we are spouting that "God Wants This to Happen." Thanks for sharing Sunday.
